For account, scan, or technical support, email hsyed1695@gmail.com. Include your Vehicle Score username, device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, private keys, or full payment details.
Subscriptions
Use Restore purchases on the Pro or Settings screen if an active purchase is missing. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by the store where you subscribed. Deleting your Vehicle Score account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Account deletion
You can request deletion in the mobile app under Settings → Danger Zone. For help with a deletion request, email hsyed1695@gmail.com from the address associated with the account.
Safety and reports
You can report or block a player from their profile card. For a report you cannot submit in-app, email us with your username and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data.
